Setting on the agaro grinder for frenchpress?

If anybody has been using the agaro grinder can you please recommend me which setting to use for the moka pot and for the French press. Also I know it grinds very inconsistently for any espresso but if I really want to use it for an espresso should I do it on setting one or two
